BIO

"Mood and the ever-changing environment I find myself in lends to my exploration on paper, canvas and through printmaking. I create feelings and emotions with a bright and bold color palette and work from memory as well as the present.  I explore texture and the technical aspect of painting in order to convey these feelings and emotion through paint. My inspiration stems from nature, color and relationships."

Jessie received her BFA in Painting and Printmaking at the Savannah College of Art & Design. During 2003 & 2004, she ran a presitigious art camp for children and adults in Amagansett, NY in the Hamptons.
